In addition, the Bearer may do anything that brings joy, creates abundance, promotes health, communication, self-esteem, grace, pleasure, balance, spontaneity, passion, beauty, life energy and peace.
The Bearer is officially authorized hereby to frequent amusement parks, beaches, meadows, mountain tops, swimming pools, lakes, forests, playgrounds, picnic areas, summer camps, birthday parties, circuses, theaters, aquariums, zoos, museums, planetariums, toy stores, festivals, and other places where children of all ages come together to play.
