Joy's Daily Prayer *

Thank you, God, for my life today.

Thank you for my friends, my home, and my many blessings.

Acknowledging my free will, I turn everything over to You today, and strive to recognize Your presence and power with me throughout this day. Please replace my limited thinking with Your Limitlessness.

Today, I will do my best to not consciously try to control the unfolding of Your good. I know that you will enter wherever I invite You, that all I have to do is be willing. So, I invite You to enter all my situations today, and make all things right.

Today, I also call on the my inner Knowing, the You within me, to assist me with fulfilling my goal of happiness and healthiness on all levels of my life -- physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and any other levels that I am not consciously aware of at this time.

I know that I am on this earth to shine Your light for the sake of the entire world. I release to You, the places in me where I feel blocked in doing that. I pray for the emergence of my greatness, the expression on a physical level of my best and most magnificent Self. Help me grant myself the permission to live the life I want from today forward. Please help me not be blinded to what I know to be true, just because my ego wants something different to be true.

I choose to set my intentions for a day of flow and grace. I am in harmony with all I encounter and connected to my higher wisdom. I intend to notice if and when that connection weakens so I can reconnect in that moment. It is my intention that the people I encounter feel appreciated and acknowledged.

Specifically, I know that:

(3) ___________________________________________ are the defects I am currently aware of and working to heal. I ask You to take these away from me, or show me how to heal them.

Thank you for Your healing powers, now coming down upon me, and through me to others. I claim them now. Please heal whatever in me needs to be healed, and remove all walls of misunderstanding between myself and You, and myself and others. Through You, I correct all my mistakes, undo all negative consequences and redeem all bad decisions and actions. I see the unconditional love in every situation, and desire to heal rather than punish myself and others for mistakes.

I pray that all relationships between myself and others be reborn now, that we start over in a new place of love and forgiveness. Please help me to see the goodness in people even when they have made mistakes. I will strive to keep my heart open today, even if others attempt to close their hearts to me. Please help me perceive the love I know exists and overlook the fear. Please open my heart to receive the love that You intend for me. Help me make good emotional decisions today.

Specifically, I place my relationship with __________ in Your hands. May my presence be a blessing in her/his life. May my thoughts toward her/him be those of innocence and love, and may her/his thoughts toward me be those of innocence and love. May all else be thrown away. May our relationship be lifted to divine right order, and take the form that best serves Your purposes. May all unfold, in this and all things, according to Your will.

I know that I can only get back what I have to give out, so please multiply the peace, love, and kindess inside of me, so I have even more to give out. Only what I have not given, can be lacking in any situation. So, if I feel stuck at any time today, please show me what I need to give to move toward what my heart wants. Please help me make all my decisions today. I do not see the future, but You do. I do not know what's best for everyone, but You do. I cannot make sense of so many things, but You can, so dear Higher Self, please decide things for me, by clearly showing me what steps to take next.

When I make mistakes today, please help me return my mind to the point of my error, so I can learn and go back, and ask that my perception be healed, that I be released from the effects of my wrong-minded thinking.

Specifically, I hand over these problems to you:

This is where I always miss lately. I surrender these situations to you. May they be used for Your purposes. I ask only that my heart be open to give love and to receive love. Show me what I need to see, guide me to what I need to do. Help me to forgive, and raise me above the fear in my mind so I can more efficiently fulfill Your Holy Plan for me.

You know my fears around feeling powerless and not having the resources I need to do what I feel You called me to do. So, I surrender to you all my thoughts about money, and I surrender to you my debts, as well as my wealth. Open my mind to receive abundantly. Channel Your abundance through me in a way that serves the world. Help me honor and praise the givers of bounty, and assist me with becoming one of the bounty givers. Today, and every day, I will graciously accept all gifts.

Thank You for the following gifts, characteristics and traits:

I do believe that I deserve to have everything my heart wants, because I know that my heart is really just Your voice within me. I know that all I do and have is a reflection of You and the You within me.

Finally, I reclaim all of my natural powers, even those I have previously dismissed. I pray for miracles to happen in my life today.

Please bless this day, for me and for everyone.

Please show me a sign today that You paid attention to any one of these realities that I am creating with You, and bring me the sign in a way that I will know without doubt that the sign is from You. **
