You can waste your time on matters that do not guarantee reliable returns. You often get caught up with domestic duties. You try to keep everything in order, but from time to time you still manage to collect hoarded items that then pile up and suffocate you. Another of your problems is a difficulty managing your time. You always appear to be in a hurry and could often be late for appointments. You also find so many necessary yet minor things that need doing that you often forget about important matters. It is also difficult for you to predict the consequences of your actions. This often put you in situations where the unexpected happens." 10 ESFJ Under STRESS "The social status of successful people can be quite alluring to ESFJs and many marry prosperous mates and encourage them to accumulate the material signs of prosperity. Other ESFJs seem to fit in with the poor and the needy. In either case their dependability, dedication, and commitment to providing for the needs of others is, at times, overlooked. This can lead to the ESFJ feeling unappreciated and neglected. They can harbor uncomfortable feelings, which they then feel guilty and shameful about, and then they find themselves suffering from emotional denial. "Under great stress, ESFJs may find themselves uncharacteristically critical of others and of themselves. Their negative thoughts and opinions then trouble them greatly."12 Stress Management for ESFJ (Feeding the Fourth) Do activities that require you to ask, "How and why does this work?" in an objective manner, such as The Sum of Its Parts | |||
